Most businesses should start with a good website. An assistant earns its place when the same questions or booking requests take up real staff time every day. If you don’t need one, we will say so.
What can an AI assistant do, and what can’t it?
It can answer questions from information you approve, check availability, help a customer book, move or cancel, and record each step. It asks the customer to confirm before it acts, and passes anything outside its limits to a person. It is not a doctor, lawyer or accountant, and it does not make decisions for you.
Who owns the website, the system and the data?
Your domain, hosting and service accounts are registered in your name from the start, and you keep full access to them. After full payment, you own the final approved website content and the bespoke design and development work created specifically for your project, subject to third-party licences and the exclusions below. No ownership transfers until all project invoices are paid in full.
Can you connect the tools we already use?
Often, yes: Google Calendar and email notifications, for example. A WhatsApp connection is in testing. Whether a tool can be connected depends on what it allows, so we check before we quote.
How is customer data protected?
We test with made-up data, give each staff role access to only what it needs, and keep sensitive actions on the server rather than in the browser. Before anything is built, we explain what your project will store and why.
What does it cost?
Website packages start at Rs 18,000 and are listed with their prices. Business systems start from Rs 70,000 and are quoted after a requirements review. Assistants are quoted after a short consultation, together with an estimate of their running costs. Setup is quoted separately in every case.
